Auto-hydrostatic molding line for auto parts consists of more than 20 sets of machinery, electric control, hydraulic equipment and 95 sets of sand boxes and 101 trolleys.

Including sand falling, box dividing, sand adding, molding, turning over, gate milling, box closing, mold cooling, etc.

It is divided into five sections: sand falling, molding, core setting, pouring and cooling. Manual, automatic, no modeling, no sand, no sand and other working systems.

This line is an automatic molding production line. The design strives to achieve advanced technology, reliable equipment, convenient operation and easy maintenance.

5.1 PLC, bus module, frequency conversion speed regulating device, main hydraulic and pneumatic components, frequency conversion motor, reducer and other domestic and foreign brand products are adopted to ensure the reliability of automatic static pressure molding line operation.

5.2 Static pressure molding, an advanced molding process recognized at home and abroad, is adopted to ensure the quality of sand molds.

5.3 The automatic static pressure molding line is wired with an open mold conveying line. The molding section and the lower core section are arranged parallel to the conveyor. The molding machine is located outside the conveyor for easy operation and maintenance.

5.4 The control adopts the principle of combining centralized control and decentralized operation. The control cabinet and upper computer are arranged in the main control room, and the main console is beside the molding machine.

5.5 The principle of combining electric transmission, hydraulic transmission and pneumatic transmission is adopted for the action of automatic static pressure molding line.

5.6 The hydraulic system adopts centralized hydraulic station, sub-pump and sub-unit for oil supply, and random valve box.
